                     Soul City Records Inks Distribution Deal 
Walter Stewart, President, SOUL CITY RECORDS, Inc.,
announced today the signing of a distribution deal with Bayside Entertainment Distribution (USA). Through this new venture, Bayside will distribute all of Soul City Records catalog which includes "Back At The Whisky," "Last Train To Memphis," "Johnny Rivers Greatest Hits," "Memphis Sun Recordings," and "Realization." We will also release other Artists on Soul City in the future.
